How to do Warrior III
Today we lift off as we explore Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III).
Warrior III is a strength building posture that also works on balance. Furthermore, this pose encourages us to really focus on the sensations moving throughout our body.
If you fall out of the posture, no worries because the ground is there to catch you. I encourage you to keep trying. Find ways to grow this posture. Be kind to yourself. And lift off!
