How to do Tree Pose

Today, we explore Tree Pose (Vrksasana).

Tree pose tests out our balance, enhances stability in our legs, and works to strengthen the ligaments and tendons in our feet.


We are going to grow this posture from the ground up. We will sink our "roots" deep down in the earth in order to grow our "trees."


If you fall, the ground is there to catch ya! Keep trying! Persevere! You got this!
