Table Top is a lovely foundational posture that is used for many transitions (e.g. moving from Table Top to Extended Child's Pose). This pose is great for strengthening the wrists, arms, shoulders, back and core.
Cat-Cow is a movement that allows us to check-in with our spine, offering us some yummy spinal hygiene.
Optional item: blanket or pillow to pad the knees (or you can fold your mat over).
