Today's practice involves investigating Legs Up The Wall (Viparita Karani). Yes, this is exactly as its name sounds. Our legs are climbing up some walls!

This yummy restorative posture is great for those who work on their feet for the majority of the day. This pose helps bring some energy to your tired legs/feet, improves circulation, and creates a gentle stretch in your back and hamstring muscles.


Optional Items: blanket or pillow to support the low back.
