How to do Bridge Pose

Today we explore - Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana).

Bridge Pose is a back-bending posture that is suitable for all levels. Yup, that's right - this pose is also beginner friendly!


Bridge Pose helps strengthen our back, the booty, legs and ankles. In addition, this pose opens our chest and hips. It is also wonderful for spinal hygiene.


Optional Item: yoga block (or thick book) to help us grow this posture.
