Gentle Somatic Yoga Routine

This gentle somatic yoga routine begins with pandiculation, which is a natural and instinctive practice of stretching and yawning that helps awaken and energize the body.

We then move into a grounding practice, inviting you to shift your focus inward and reconnect with your body.

This practice includes slow, mindful movements that'll invite a sense of ease and relaxation into your body. There will be space for playful, organic exploration where you’ll have the opportunity to explore movements that feel good and nourishing.

This practice concludes with some breathwork and gratitude.
