Anxiety Management Techniques

Anxiety can be present in a number of different ways, such as racing thoughts, fast heart rate, rapid and shallow breathing, tingling sensations in the arms or head, worries about the future, clenching the teeth, feeling sick to the stomach, unable to concentrate, muscle tension, and so forth.

When anxiety strikes, our mind and body enters fight or flight mode. This is useful and necessary for our survival. In today’s video, I provide an overview of FIVE anxiety management techniques with examples of each technique. These strategies work well for me. With that being said, what works for one may not work for all! I hope that this video serves you well!
