Beginner Restorative Yoga
You are in for a treat! This BEGINNER RESTORATIVE YOGA Flow is fantastic for relaxing both your mind and body.
In this restorative yoga practice, we move slowly through various beginner-friendly yoga postures.
We hold the poses a bit longer today in order to maximize the benefits of each stretch and movement.
I recommend doing this practice before bed and during those moments when you feel anxious, overwhelmed or stressed out.
Feel free to bring along two pillows and a blanket to this practice. With that being said, you can do this practice without any items.
I encourage you to wear some comfy clothes, light a candle, dim the lights and just give yourself permission to be fully present.
