Hello and welcome to the final day of our 7 day Nervous System Reset program! Today’s class will combine all that we’ve explored throughout this program, plus a few helpful strategies for encouraging the nervous system to recalibrate so that way we feel a little more balanced and safe in mind and body.
In today’s class, we explore progressive muscle relaxation technique, principles from the Feldenkrais Method, tapping, as well as exercises that can help stimulate the vagus nerve.
