10 Minute Morning Yoga
Welcome to your 10 Minute Morning Yoga class! Good on you for choosing to start your day with movement and breathwork. Even 10 minutes of movement can be so beneficial to how we feel physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. It can affect how we show up in the world, which is evident through our interactions with others as we move through the day.
I personally find that I feel more centered, calm and focused following a morning yoga flow. The combination of connecting breath to movement is exactly what my mind and body needs first thing in the morning.
Consider these 10 minutes to be a gift that you are giving to yourself. 10 minutes to move, breathe and check-in with yourself. This is an act of self-love and self-care.
