Find a comfortable seat of your choice. Feel free to lay down on a yoga mat or perhaps even on your bed.
You can place a pillow behind your head and neck for comfort and support.
You can use a folded up blanket or a pillow to place under the backs of the knees for more ease.
There’s an option to drape a blanket over you for warmth.
If you find that the mind is busy, I encourage you to use the physical touch of your hands, the sound of your breath and the relaxing music as an anchor.
Observe your thoughts. Breathe in to acknowledge the thought and breathe out to let the thought go. Feel free to repeat this phrase in your mind if it is useful to you.
