Upper Body Yoga Fascia Stretch

Welcome to your Upper Body Yoga Fascia Stretch class. If you experience tightness, stiffness, achiness and discomfort in the upper body, then this class is for you. This class will also help those who experience headaches, as tight neck and trapezius muscles, improper breathing and poor posture habits can cause headaches.

In this class, we explore fascial stretches that will tend to the fascia found in the upper back, around the shoulders, across the chest and into the neck.

Varied movement is what fascia loves. When we combine yoga poses with loaded fascia stretches, we are targeting different types of fascia (connective tissue) that exist within the body. That’s why it is so important to add a little fascia work into your daily movement routines.

I recommend returning to this class at least 3 times a week to keep your fascia supple and nourished.
