Lower Body Yoga Fascia Stretch

Welcome to your Lower Body Yoga Fascia Stretch routine! This class is ideal for anyone experiencing discomfort, achiness, stiffness and/or tightness in the lower body.

Our yoga class includes fascial stretches for the feet, calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, hip flexors and the gluteus muscles. We also explore rebound exercises which are great for tendon and joint health. We conclude our practice with a melting stretch. This melting stretch offers a gentle release to the hips and glutes.

This lower body yoga routine is one that you can return to a few times a week. This routine will stretch and strengthen your fascial network so that way you can move better and feel awesome!

You may also notice differences taking place in your upper body because you are tending to your base. Remember, it’s all connected. What happens at the base can have a ripple effect. Since our bodies are wrapped in fascia, tightness in the lower body can lead to tightness throughout other parts of the body that run along the same fascial lines.
