Wind Down Yoga and Meditation

This wind down yoga flow has it all - gentle stretches, breathwork and a short meditation!

We begin our practice with some gentle stretches and movement intended to help prepare the body for relaxation and deep sleep.

We conclude our practice with a short and sweet meditation. The purpose of this meditation is to encourage us to let go of the day so that way we can prepare the mind for much-needed rest.

This yoga class is great for when you are looking to wind down at the end of your day. This practice is also fantastic for those moments in which you find yourself stressed out, anxious and/or overwhelmed.

Give this practice a go if you find yourself tossing and turning in bed unable to fall asleep.
