Evening Yoga Flow To Let Go and Release

This practice can encourage you to let go of the day as you prepare the mind and body for rest, relaxation and deep sleep 😴

This practice includes postures that can help you release tension throughout the entire body and relax the thinking mind.

This evening flow can help you unwind and release anything that is not serving.

I invite you to wear comfy clothes. Pjs are encouraged! You can even wear socks!!

Feel free to practice in bed, or you can join me on the mat.

Nice to have items include: 2 blankets, a pillow and a yoga block (or thick book).
