Mobility Practice

Hey! Welcome to Day 7 of our 7 Day Yoga Challenge! You did it!! Feel free to do a happy dance, give yourself a pat on the back, or if you are doing this yoga challenge with someone, give them a high five.

Today’s yoga flow is a mobility practice. Mobility means how the joints move through their normal range of motion. Through mobility practices, you may begin to notice an increased range of motion or perhaps more freedom as you move both on and off of your mat.

It is my hope that this mobility practice serves you well!
