Day 2 - Recognize

WELCOME to Day 2 of our at-home yoga journey!
Today’s theme is RECOGNIZE!

Consider your understanding of the word ‘recognize.’ Now consider how this word may relate to our yoga practice.

Today, we explore this idea of recognizing habits or patterns in our minds and bodies. For example, do we have a tendency to rush to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible? Do we want to move on to the next thing when things become boring or repetitive? In doing so, we may miss out on the PROCESS, in other words, the journey. Perhaps this resonates with you, perhaps not. That is okay! This practice is intended to help us simply recognize without passing judgement.

I extend an invitation to apply what you discovered on your mat to your daily life.
