Welcome to DAY 2 of our 10 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE!

In today’s practice, we build upon what we learned on Day 1 and apply those learnings to Day 2.

We stay nice and low to the ground today as we explore some more beginner-friendly postures. Exploring the foundational postures can help us develop a strong at-home yoga practice!
