Due to popular demand, we have another YOGA FOR THE CLASSROOM practice - Chair Yoga edition!
The beauty of this practice is that you can do this practice from your desk or table! This practice is great for those times when we need a movement break or when we are looking for gentle stretches at our desk!
We end this practice with “Bee Breath,” which is a great breathing technique to help calm down the nervous system!
This practice is designed to improve focus, boost energy and decrease anxiety.
Yoga for the Classroom is great for our virtual learners as well!
Everyone can use a little movement break throughout our day!
