Today’s yoga practice is intended to boost our mood!
We all have those days. We may be feeling low in energy, sad, overwhelmed, frustrated, tired, bored, and so on.
Before you start this practice, perhaps you take a moment to consider how you feel in the present moment. Can you identify the feeling(s) or emotion(s)? If not, that’s okay! Regardless, I am happy you are here! Meet yourself wherever you are and embrace it!!
In this practice, we explore how breath and movement can help boost our mood. This practice can help restore some balance to our internal ecosystem to help us feel our best!
