In this class, we explore postures that support our digestive health. We also tap into a conscious breath throughout the entire class. Tapping into a conscious breath can help relieve indigestion and can help us release trapped gas.
We explore a number of grounding postures, twisting poses to massage the internal organs and movements that can the juices flowing.
