Join Yoga with Rachel on the mat for a delightful yoga class that will offer a gentle stretch and release for the low back and the hips.

Many of us carry a great deal of tension in the hips and the low back (myself included).

So if you find that your lower back and/or hips are feeling tight or stuff, well then...this practice is for YOU!

The postures in our practice are gentle and supportive.

This practice is great for ALL LEVELS!
