This is why we begin our practice with exploring our foot-to-earth connection. We move through postures and movements intended to help us establish a strong base (foundation).

We take note of patterns, build strength in our ankles and stretch out our feet (including the toes)!

This class is designed to improve mobility in both the ankles and feet, so that way you can move and feel better!
