Yoga for the Classroom | Body Break
Yoga for the Classroom: Body Break is fantastic for those moments when we need to move around, and also for when our mind and body is telling us that we need a break from the computer screen!
We begin this practice with a quick warm-up, preparing the body for some fun movement. After our warm-up, we get the heart rate up by going through a circuit of familiar and easy-to-follow exercises. We end our practice with a short and sweet cool-down.
This practice is great for the classroom AND also for virtual learners!
This class is great for all levels!!
This practice will leave you feeling energized, focused, and ready to dive right back into learning.
