Yoga for the Classroom
Yoga for the Classroom is great for all ages! In this short practice, we explore standing postures that are energizing and fun!
I invite you to keep an open mind as we explore. This class is full of imagery and invites us to connect to our inner child. I encourage you to let go and just have fun!
Yoga for the Classroom can help prepare both the mind and body for back to school!
I also recommend using this practice in the classroom whenever students need a bit of a body break!
