Yoga for STRONG LEGS & GLUTES! Join me for a quick lower body workout!

This workout is intended to tone and build strength in the legs and booty. Bonus - these postures and movements will build strength in our hips as well! It’s all connected!

In this yoga class, we explore several balancing postures. If balance is a bit tricky, I encourage you to practice close to a wall or bring a sturdy chair with you to today’s class.

This is a swift and fiery class. I encourage you to bring some water with you, take breaks as needed, and turn your attention to the breath.

The breath is a powerful tool. It can help us find more steadiness and ease in each posture.
