Join Yoga with Rachel on the mat for a 15 minute Yoga For Runners class.

We engage in stretches that can help strengthen and improve mobility in the hips.

The postures and movements in this class can help improve circulation throughout the entire body.

We connect to the breath, inviting fresh oxygen into the body. This simple act of breathing can do wonders for the mind.
