This practice is intended to invite a shift in energy that serves you well.
The tools of yoga can help regulate our stress response. Tools, such as the breath, body scans, supportive postures, and the mind-body connection, can soothe the nervous system, provide relief to the physical body, and can offer emotional support.
This practice is designed to help you feel grounded and calm as we bring awareness to the breath, thoughts and areas of stored tension.
I encourage you to return to this practice whenever you are feeling uncertain, anxious, uprooted, overwhelmed, frustrated, sad, and so on. This practice is here to offer support during challenging times.
With this in mind, feel free to use this practice for preventative care.
