Tightness in the hips is a common condition that many of us experience today. One of the main reasons as to why we may experience tightness in the hips is due to sitting for long periods of time. Sitting for lengthy periods of time can also weaken our hips.
We can lose our mobility and range of motion in our hips if we do not engage in postures and movement that encourage hip flexion, extension, abduction and adduction.
Today’s class is about improving the mobility in your hips so that you can move and feel better!
Some of these postures are one’s that you can do while watching TV! So, you can stretch it out while watching your favorite shows!
Return to this practice often if your goal is to improve your hip health.
