Trick or Treat! Welcome to our very special Halloween practice - Yoga for Healthy Blood Flow!
I am a huge fan of Halloween, so I figured that I would share my love of all things Halloween with all of you here on the Yoga with Rachel channel!
This practice is great for encouraging the blood to flow more freely throughout the body.
We begin the practice with a variation of legs up the wall, which encourages the blood to flow in the opposite direction. This posture is fantastic for those who stand on their feet for a good portion of the day!
We also move through some strength-building postures that will get the heart pumping.
This practice includes beginner-friendly inversions, which invites the blood to flow to our head. Inversions can be useful for waking up the mind and body!
