Yoga for Emotional Release. Today’s yoga class offers a gentle full body stretch for emotional release.
We stay low to the ground, explore both hip and heart opening postures, as well as postures and breathwork that offer support.
I have included postures and movements that I explore whenever I am looking to release emotions that are not serving me well.
I invite you to show up as you are.
There is no need to identify what emotion(s) are coming to the surface.
Trust that you are here for a reason.
Trust in the process.
Know that you are not alone.
