Yoga for Deep Sleep and Relaxation is perfect for all levels.

In this practice, we move through some gentle stretches that are intended to prepare both the mind and body for rest. There’s an invitation to let go of anything that is not serving you well in the present moment, such as tension in the body, stress, negative self-talk, etc.

It is my hope that this practice leaves you feeling relaxed and in a restful state.
