A strong core is vital! The core supports our daily movements, from picking something up from off of the ground, to walking, to reaching for your favorite snack that just happens to be on a high shelf.
The core muscles both stabilize and protect the spine. Engaging in core strengthening exercises is super important as this can reduce the likelihood of injury, especially low back injury. A weakened core can also affect other areas of the body, such as the hips, knees and shoulders. After all, it is all connected!
A strong core can assist with posture, taking pressure off of the low back, and can improve one’s balance.
This class includes some of the BEST core strengthening exercises that will have you working up a sweat and feeling oh so good!
The booty will get a good workout today! Just like the core, strong glutes can help improve posture and reduce the likelihood of pain or injury (especially knee and back pain).
Let’s have some fun as we trim, tone and build strength in these two key areas of the body.
