Yoga For Connection - 20 Minute Yoga Flow. Yoga with Rachel offers a supportive practice to help you connect or reconnect with your physical, mental and emotional bodies.
What does the word ‘connection’ mean to you?
Connection could mean support, such as being connected to a larger community.
Connection could be physical, such as feeling your feet connect with the surface beneath you.
Connection may mean an emotional connection between yourself and others, such as in a relationship.
Or perhaps mind-body connection. Noticing how your body responds to thought patterns.
Connection could be a series of relationships between one event and another. For example, an increase in greenhouse gases is connected with a rising global temperature.
What is your definition of ‘connection’?
Is connection important to you?
There are no right or wrong answers.
I invite you to explore this idea or theme as we move today.
In today’s practice, we connect breath to movement, connect mind to body, and connect to all those around you.
This yoga practice serves as a reminder that we are not alone. Rather, we are connected.
