Yoga for Anger: Let it Go!
Yoga for when you are feeling angry, frustrated, stressed out, hurt, anxious, misunderstood, or whatever emotion that is coming to the surface that is not serving you well in the present moment.
Know that it is okay if you are not able to identify the emotion - sometimes we just feel “off” for whatever reason.
Today’s practice involves exploration. We will take some time to explore some tools and strategies that can help us release or even let go of the emotion(s) that we are carrying with us. Perhaps you will find one or more strategies useful. If you do, I invite you to use these strategies off the mat as well.
We are all unique in our emotions and experiences. What works for one, may not work for all. I encourage you to come to this practice with an open mind, and just see what happens!
It is my hope that this practice serves you well.
