Sitting at a desk and looking at a screen can create certain patterns in our body, such as forward head posture, rounded shoulders and spine. This can create a great deal of stiffness and tension throughout the whole body. Not only can this impact our posture, but it can also lead to headaches and shallow breathing.

This 10 minute yoga class encourages you to stretch it out, release tension and stiffness, as well as bring awareness to the breath.
