Give your mind and body a quick break with this 10 minute workout!
We begin this 10 minute class with some gentle stretches for our warm-up. We get the heart rate up with an easy-to-follow cardio workout. We cool it down with a fun movement that will leave you feeling energized, refreshed and ready to get back to studying! Ohhhhh yaaaaaa!
