Quick Office Break Yoga | Chair Yoga

Join me for a quick OFFICE BREAK yoga flow that will leave you feeling energized, refreshed and ready to take on your day!

This practice provides a whole body stretch and invites us to reconnect with our breath.

It is my hope that the movements and stretches help you move through your workday with more ease.

This practice is great for those working in an office and also for those working from home.

I also encourage students to give this flow a try in order to counteract the effects of sitting at a desk or working at the computer for long periods of time.

No need to roll out your mat for this one! Feel free to do this practice in a chair or on the couch!
