POWER YOGA for Beginners! QUICK CORE WORKOUT! No equipment is needed for this swift workout!

In this power yoga flow, we explore some of the BEST core exercises!

The core stabilizes the entire body. Our core helps us sit up tall and enables us to move from point A to point B. By building strength in our core, we are also strengthening other areas of our body. Strong core muscles help protect our back body, which could help prevent pain or injury.

All levels are welcome to join, including complete beginners to yoga!

Go at your own pace, listen to your body, take breaks as needed.

I encourage you to use your breath as a tool to help you dig in deep!
