POWER YOGA for BEGINNERS! Join me for a MORNING YOGA DETOX FLOW!
We begin today’s power yoga class setting an intention for our practice or for our day.
This morning yoga detox flow is a sweaty and cleansing practice for both the mind and the body.
In this 20 minute flow, we build strength, tone our muscles, get some twisting action in there, and feel good!
It is my hope that this practice serves as an excellent start to your day!
As always, listen to your body. Take breaks as needed and stay hydrated. ENJOY!
