POWER YOGA Flow Total Body Workout.

We end the Season of FIRE with a full body Power Yoga Workout! 🔥

This power yoga flow will strengthen and tone the entire body.

There will be periods of rest throughout this yoga class to give our body a chance to restore and to allow us to slow down the breath, finding a more natural rhythm.

All levels are welcome to join, including complete beginners to yoga!

As always, I encourage you to listen to your body. Take breaks as needed!
