POWER YOGA Flow for Balance and Stability!
In this beginner-friendly power yoga class we explore postures and movements that test our balance.
We cultivate a strong foot to earth connection at the beginning of our practice to set us up for greatness.
If you fall out of a posture, know that the ground is there to catch ya. Most importantly, YOU are there for yourself. I invite you to shake it off and try again!
If balance is tricky, it is all good! Bring a chair with you to today’s class! You could also use a wall for support.
