Ocean Yoga Flow & Breathwork

Join Yoga with Rachel for an Ocean Yoga Flow & Breathwork practice.

We begin our practice exploring a breath technique called ocean breath or ujjayi breath.

This victorious breath can build heat in the body, calm the nervous system, and can help us hold stronger postures with more ease.

We make use of ocean breath throughout the practice, connecting breath to action as we flow.

This class brings balance to both the mind and body, and encourages the energy to flow in a way that serves.

We connect to the water element as we explore hip opening postures and poses that support the sacral chakra.
