This 15 minute morning yoga flow offers a gentle and loving wake up call to both the mind and body.
If you experience tight, sore and stiff muscles first thing in the morning, then this practice is for you!
This morning yoga flow includes gentle hip openers, as well as lower back, upper back and side body stretches. We also explore movement throughout the entire spine, which is crucial to our daily movements.
We bring awareness to our breath in each posture, allowing the breath to guide each movement.
