Gentle Chair Yoga Flow
Today's practice is a Chair Yoga sequence!!!
This practice is accessible to ALL, and is designed to be both gentle and supportive. Chair yoga is a wonderful way in which we can build strength, stability and flexibility in our bodies in a more supportive way.
In regards to your chair, please find one that has a sturdy back and preferably one without arms.
Optional Items: a blanket or a pillow to raise the earth up to meet your feet, as well as socks to provide support behind your knees.
