Join Yoga with Rachel for a Full Body Yoga Flow to help you Feel Your BEST! 🤗
Included in this flow are some of my favorite yoga stretches and movements that encourage me to let go of anything that doesn’t serve me well in the present moment.
I have included some grounding yoga stretches, hip openers and energizing movements that can help us feel good!
You can join this class at any point throughout your day.
This class can help set the tone for the day ahead, offer a little “pick-me-up,” and can perhaps bring a smile to your face.
