Full Body Morning Yoga Flow
Today's Full Body Morning Yoga Flow will help kick-start your day in a mindful and yummy way!
This practice starts off low to the ground to help us ease in. I will also invite you to set an intention for your practice or perhaps even for your day. The middle section of this morning flow is super energizing and rejuvenating. It can give you that extra boost that you are looking for. We end our practice low to the ground, allowing our body to soak in the nutrients of our practice.
Optional Items: a blanket or a pillow.
