Core Strength Yoga - Quick Core Workout

Join Yoga with Rachel on the mat for a quick CORE WORKOUT!

This 15 minute workout includes some of the best core strengthening exercises.

The core influences our daily movements. We integrate the core muscles as we walk, when we sit tall through the spine, while playing sports, when reaching for your favorite snack that just happens to be in that top cupboard, and so forth.

I personally recommend engaging in a few core strengthening exercises daily. You may be surprised to uncover how this changes the way you move and feel.

Use your breath to guide your movements in this class!
