30 Minute Full Body Yoga Flow | Yoga for Beginners

Today we have a full body yoga flow that is perfect for beginners to yoga!

In this practice, we explore some of the more well-known yoga postures. I provide several options as we move today to ensure that this practice is accessible to all!

This class is great for those who wish to deepen their current yoga practice. This practice encourages us all (myself included) to adopt a beginner’s mindset as we move on our mat!

Optional Items:
A blanket for added support and a yoga block or a thick book. No worries if these items are not available, as we will just go with the flow!
