20 Minute Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Relief

Welcome to your 20 minute yoga class for stress and anxiety relief. This gentle flow includes grounding postures, restorative poses, inversions, a balancing pose and breathwork with movement. This is the ultimate practice to help you shake it off and release that which no longer serves.

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you are feeling stressed out, overwhelmed or anxious, I encourage you to take at least 3 conscious cycles of breath - in through your nose and a soft exhale out through your mouth. The breath can help reset the nervous system from a fight-or-flight state to a rest-and-restore state.
